These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Quotely ("the Service"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract in your jurisdiction to use Quotely. By registering, you confirm this.
You agree not to use Quotely to:
You retain ownership of all quotes, client data, and content you create in Quotely. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
The Quotely name, logo, platform, templates, and code are owned by us. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you. You may not use our branding without written permission.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will not materially reduce Free plan features without 30 days' notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by the law, Quotely is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue, lost data, or loss of clients.
You may request to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.
